Durable Yaw NC High Speed Feeder Automation Equipment Wafer Material Stamping
The yaw NC feeder is a new type of feeder developed on the basis of the standard NC feeder. It adds a screw driven by a servo motor below the head of the conventional NC feeder.
At the same time of feeding, the NC head can be displaced along the left and right sides of the linear slide rail by the lead screw to realize the double-axis alternate feeding, and the optimized stamping layout can effectively improve the material utilization rate. The large saving of raw materials and the reduction of the production cost of the stamping owners are particularly suitable for the blanking production of wafer materials such as screens, caps and motor stators and rotors.
Although the yaw NC feeder adds many functions to the traditional NC feeder, its main body is still controlled by the PLC as the core.
Therefore, it is still a fully automatic control model, and the operation continues the standard NC feeder touch screen point control operation.
In actual stamping production, only one operator needs to set the basic parameters such as feeding length, feeding times, left and right center displacement length, left and right yaw speed, and front and rear feeding speed on the yaw NC feeder touch screen. Fully automated operation is possible.
